As you work to turn your yards and homes into your dreams, please keep in mind that certain improvements are governed by your Deed of Dedication. Each Addition to the neighborhood has their own individual Deed of Dedication. This document allows, restricts, or dictates certain attributes to the improvements of your lots and homes.
These include items such as the following and others:
Installation of fences and required fencing material
Pools and their associated requirements
Shed construction – size, location, appearance
Construction of sheds require HOA Board approval of plans. Ensure these are submitted and approved prior to purchasing/installing a shed on your property.
This does not alleviate the requirement for a City permit.
As you go forward please keep the following points in mind. The improvements must be compliant to the Deed of Dedication, conform to your property’s plat map, and be compliant with all City Codes. Some of these improvements may require the procurement of a City permit.
